Shipping policy

Processing Time All of our items are made to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery EstimatesShipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $30.00.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states using multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on your location and order size.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system

Shipping to P.O. Boxes We are unable to guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes for all carriers. Please provide a physical address when possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to make a correction.
